His knowledge provided us with a quote indicative of the work, but when the job became bigger his customer focus and communication shone through. This was only exceeded by his work ethic and willingness to get the job done. We really appreciate the effort Ryan made to ensure the task was completed under a strict timeline. Ryan even called days after to check in - all after he had completed his work, simply outstanding!! Cannot recommend Ryan highly enough ! I contacted Ryan due to the reviews I had read online when my very old hot water service had a burst tank. He returned my call within the hour and said he would attend the same day to have a look and quote, which he did - keeping me posted with his estimated arrival time. He talked me through options being price conscious, and arrived at 8.00am the next morning (Saturday) as promised and my new hot water service was installed within 24 hours of my original call to him. He allowed me some time to pay him for his work which was so helpful with such an unexpected expense. Ryan is professional, reliable, friendly and will go out of his way to help.
